A Learning Relationship
Actio Directors began collaborating on foodservice projects 15 years ago, pioneering solution selling and the digitization of customer engagement tools. Over the past decade, we have successfully built and refined sales tools that transformed foodservice customer engagement across multiple continents by combining strategy, innovative solutions, and a digitized sales-call process.

First employees
Like many businesses, Actio Consultancy Group began with a single principle and just two full-time contractors. Our first engagement came through a recommendation to support a major energy supplier in rewriting its strategy as part of a financial turnaround. This initial project quickly expanded into multiple initiatives, including a major culture transformation and a step-change sales engagement project.
Soon after, further recommendations in the foodservice sector followed. The current Actio Director Team began developing solutions based on foodservice expertise created and refined over many years. Leveraging our broad network of experienced consultants, it became clear that our expertise and capabilities complemented those of major foodservice suppliers.
For our first employees, it was became quickly evident that demand for our unique, value-adding services would keep us in the market for the long haul. As more recommendation-based requests came in, we recognized the need to scale our operations and formalize our growing network of specialist consultants.

The Creation of Actio Consultancy Group
As demand for our complementary services continued to grow, it became clear to our first employees that we were building something with lasting potential. With a steady stream of recommendation-based requests, the need to scale became evident. To meet this growing demand and deliver consistent, high-quality service, we formalized our expanding network of specialist consultants — and Actio Consultancy Group was born.
To ensure bespoke solutions were delivered at the standard our partners deserved, to complement our specialist foodservice network we recruited a team of Channel and Service Team specialists. These individuals are not only developed to become experts in the foodservice channels our clients operate in but also become deeply familiar with the unique needs of each assigned client, offering tailored, high-impact support.
